Fruitful Living

Hi Im Amber. I live and love in Truckee, CA. There are so many great activities to enjoy year round here in the Tahoe Area. Some of my hobbies and interest include trail running, camping, mountain biking, floating the river, being out on the lake, and thats just the summer! Than theres snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowboarding and never a dull moment. Right now I fill my time with riding and racing my mountain bike, which I am obsessed with. I also paint petportraits, work with a company called juice plus and write health/nutrition related articles. I have completed many nutrition programs, including a health coach certification through The Wellness Forum, and a Plant Based Nutrition Certification through Cornell. That is another one of my passions, is to help people understand the importance of good nutrition and health.
